Homeownership is the foundation on which we build our communities. For this reason, Clark County Home Builders Association was formed from a group of local builders in 1969. This coalition of building and construction businesses and thought leaders is now known as the Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA).

The BIA is the region’s leading building industry and small business advocate. The association also serves as a single resource for members and the public on everything related to building and development.

We are here to protect, promote, and educate the homebuilding industry so our community can continue to enjoy the American dream of homeownership
